Meet Jorge

Jorge Estela started his career in the food and beverage industry with a ten-year stint with Hilton Hotels, holding positions such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Executive Steward, and Room Service and Mini Bar Manager. These positions, along with a love for the hospitality industry, led him to pursue a degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International. Jorge left Hilton, moved to Puerto Rico for a General Manager position, overseeing every aspect of operations at Gauchos Restaurant at the Conquistador Hotel. In Puerto Rico, Jorge also owned and operated his own restaurant for seven years, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Upon returning to the United States, Jorge got his start in wine sales working as a rep for Southern Wine and Spirits and Opici Wine Company. He would go on to hold the positions of District and Area Manager with Opici managing a sales team and working with suppliers building the brand. After this, Jorge took a position with Zonin USA as Florida District Manager representing seven Italian wineries owned by the Zonin family. Jorge currently is the Southeastern Sales Manager at SFWE with territories including Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama.
